Cancellation Policy

Coaching and Counseling Services Cancellation Policy 1. Appointment Cancellation Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. 2. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged at the full rate. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests with less notice may not be accommodated. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious emergencies, exceptions to this policy may be made at the coach’s discretion. 5. Package Cancellations & Refunds For clients who purchase multi-session packages: Unused sessions may be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase, minus any sessions already used and a 10% administrative fee. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but unused sessions may be transferred or rescheduled (if applicable). 6. Coach Cancellations If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered a rescheduled time or a full refund for that session.
